You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

Return shipping is free of charge. Noomi will provide a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return process.
3. Refund Process

- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@noomifamily.com. A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.
- Products returned after the 30-day return period.
